Should i be concerned?

My 6 year old does almost everything a kid his age should do. He can read and write, go to the washroom, dress himself abit, eat on his own. The only thing he has a problem in is in concentration. He can’t concentrate on his work he gets easily easily distracted. His speech is still that of a toddler but has improved alot, he is bilingual. Everyone on my side of the family labels him the crazy kid, he is very naughty he just can’t sit still at all. Even when doing his work apart from being distracted part of his body has to move as well. He also has a really strange way of playing with cars, he always turns them to trains, he likes to arrange them in a line. I’m just really now getting irritated being labelled the crazy kid’s mum. He is a sweet boy.
