Relationship advice please!

So I’m 16 and got my first boyfriend, we’ve almost been dating for a month and he has been one of my childhood friends but has always had a crush on me.

Last year I went through a phase of I liked him, then I didn’t like him, I liked him again and then I didn’t like him. So I thought I would give it a shot and ask him out.

Problem now is that I don’t like him and we’re long distance. He’s way more in love with me than I am with him. We would only be allowed to see each other in the holidays.

I don’t know what to do!!! Do I give it another month and if I still don’t like him then I break up? Or do I break up now? I know he’s going to be really upset. Help me out here!!!

Also a different guy came over for a bbq with his family a week ago and now he’s hitting on me and tbh I wouldn’t mind giving him a shot too. That wouldn’t be long distance.

Idk if I should be with my bf anymore if I’m already thinking of breaking up and being with someone else. But how long is 2 long to know that I tried but I’m not interested anymore. Will I like him again later? Would it be a mistake breaking up?Help me please!!!
