TTC and missed period with BFN
So I had a naturally conceived son 4 years ago and a naturally conceived stillborn 3 years ago. Been TTC for 3 years with no luck. This month, I’ve completely missed my period and still getting BFN... has this happened to anybody? Any tips advice? I’m not on any medicine (I have my first fertility appointment on Jan. 21st) my period is usually always 25-27 days apart & I’ve never missed it and got negative tests.
Update: I got my period 😔
