10dpo symptoms

Anybody else around 10dpo with any symptoms?

I didn’t really have any until I was cooking yesterday and the smell of it in the oven made me really queasy. I’ve also been less irritable than I normally am before AF which is weird,

I started getting dull cramps today and what felt like electric shocks in my nipples (that was fun) and it’s still 3-4 days until AF is due to arrive. I’ve also had lower back ache and been super tired for about 3 days. Good signs do you think?
