Fertility Supplements worth it or a hoax?

Anyone take fertility supplements in addition to prenatal vitamins?

We got pregnant in a September first time unprotected a month after we got married.

Miscarried in October at 5w.

Had regular cycle in November.

But have not gotten another since. I’ve taken pregnancy tests all negative.

Doctor says missing periods after miscarriage is normal and if I don’t get by March to come in but still keep trying bc I could ovulate anytime.

Considering taking fertility aid supplements to see if it helps jump start things again.

Anyone have experience with fertility supplements? And if yes anyone use fertility aid?

Never had issues with cycles before miscarriage.
