Pregnant on your own after IVF ???

Question

Just wondering if anyone has done IVF had a baby and then got pregnant on their own after... ??? 
My doctor suggested I take BC after my daughter was born which I did for the first two months but I kept forgetting to take it and I guess I just think that it would never happen anyway and now I’m 9 days late 5 months after my daughter was born and I’m wondering could it really happen 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
I’m 39 btw with low amh and hyperthyroid..

Me .. I opted out of the birth control after having my son via FET In July 2019. A year later we transferred another embryo but failed. I started exercising again, lost some weight & by November 2020, I was pregnant naturally! Totally shocked & currently 13 weeks pregnant.

Me! I went through two years of unexplained infertility, had two failed IVF cycles (only one blast which failed to implant). Turned to embryo adoption, first transfer was a success and my daughter was born in 2019. Fast forward 19 months I’m in the hospital holding my son who was conceived naturally. A huge surprise. 
My OB fave me the green light postpartum last time to not go on any birth control. She said to me that they see it happen so be aware of that. And she agreed that because we wanted more children it was worth the “if it happens it happens approach” especially given my history of two failed IVF cycles.

Me!!. We tried to have a baby for 5 yrs...no success. Did 5 IUIs (no success) then had to do IVF to get our first baby. Was on birth control for a few months after baby just to be safe as pregnancy right after a delivery is so hard on the body. Stoped after 6 months and went unprotected for about 14 or 15 months. We were getting ready to start baseline testing for another fet and we got pregnant the month we were scheduled to have our 1st appt back at the fertility clinic. Was told it was like a 1 in a million chance we would get pregnant but this baby decided it wanted to be so now I am 18 weeks. My fertility clinic was so happy and excited for us and checks in to make sure me and baby are doing well. We never thought another baby would happen without ivf. We accepted we would never have that oh my god the test turned positive at home moment but we did. So while it was a freak chance it did happen for us. My husband went out and bought a ton of lottery tickets that night haha.

🙋‍♀️My first two pregnancies were IVF. I didn't take birth control after cause we were told the chances of us conceiving naturally was less then 5% in our life time due to my endometriosis and husband's low sperm count. Well 4 years after my last ivf pregnancy we got a big shock I was pregnant from natural conception. So I would say if you don't wanna take birth control I get it I was the same way but just know there could be the fluke or miracle baby lol I ended up getting my tubes tied to be sure this time 🤣

After multiple failed rounds of IVF I’ve had a successful baby naturally (by surprise) and am now 14 wks with natural surprise #2. Baby dust!
