Clogged duct?

It's after midnight so I'll certainly be calling my doctor tomorrow but I'm just looking for something to calm my nerves! Lately I've been getting sharp lightening like pains in my breasts usually after little man eats and all the milks gone. I figured it's normal and just the process of filling back up? Today I went to lay down on my left side and it felt like something almost burst in my breast. I jumped up as it clearly hurt and immediately started feeling around. There is a painful round lump on the bottom left side of my breast that is painful to the touch. I'm not engorged. My breasts are nice and soft and have been for a while now. He eats regularly and when he goes for long strides I pump and use my haakaa. Basically.. I'm panicking and thinking the worst. Clearly I'm not looking for a medical opinion as I know how serious any lump should be taking, but I'm curious what a clogged duct feels like in the mean time before I can get into see someone. With Covid it will probably take a bit to even get in. I'm hoping it's a duct and will go away, but i thought that usually only happened with engorgement or mastitis.
