Membrane Sweep - 22 hours later

Anybody here have a membrane sweep with absolutely no symptoms after and still went into labor? Had mine done 22 hours ago and still nothing. Not even the slightest twinge. I’m 38+4 and 70% thinned, baby is at a -2 station. Midwife said she could feel her head when she did the sweep.

Just holding onto the last bit of hope I have at this point 😂. I know baby will come on her own when she’s ready, just looking for similar situations that were successful.
