Positive pregnancy test and then negative.

I took the top test and the digital test the same day which was Thursday morning. The regular test had shown 2 lines and disappeared so I took the digital. I know the digital clearly says pregnant but I took 2 more tests the last few days and both have come up negative. What would you think or do? I’ve been having morning sickness like crazy and can only really eat once a day. I’m always nauseous and don’t know what to think about if I am or am not. Maybe I’m overthinking the negative tests after the fact of having a positive. I have already set up a drs appt. I know my expected day to start my period is now 4 days away.
