Exercising while pregnant/postpartum
So I’m currently 35+4 weeks pregnant, I was working out regularly weight lifting until about 24/25ish weeks I just could keep up. I want to go back to the gym and at least walk on the treadmill or elliptical to keep me moving (I have a lot of water retention as well.
Another question is, if I’m after I give birth has anyone picked up walking on treadmill/elliptical shortly after birth and been okay? No intense working out until I’m cleared I just want to keep moving some way and it helps to get out of the house! TIA!
