Early pregnancy bleeding or miscarriage

I am so nervous

I tested just over a week ago and got a bfp I worked out my dates and I would be coming up 3 weeks

Since then I have had spotting every day very light and only when I wipe or when I go for a wee the more I wee the more blood there is (sorry tmi)

I have been to the doctors and they have found blood in my urine should find out tomorrow my results for that

But now I am 4 weeks and I am still bleeding every time I wipe

has anyone had this I am really worried to even sleep and go to the toilet

HELP!!
