Venting

So I am 34 weeks and some days I have to do nst(non stress test) so I went tonight just to be told that my blood pressure is high and my gd is out of control that my baby measured 37 weeks and 5 days that he's weighing 7 pounds that by the time 39 weeks comes he'll be 9 pounds to big to deliver vaginal/C-section that if he makes it they will have to break his shoulder and arms then the Dr said that he has more of a chance of being stillborn crazy me and my husband were and are so hurt we couldn't believe what we were being told

So IDK what to do now I take my meds (we are dealing with army Dr) I am so confused hurt and don't know what to do
