TTC seems impossible now

So for about 4 days I had pain in my tailbone...got so bad I went to the ER... Er doc says well it feels separated did you fall? No. Well it could be a abscess. Lets do a CT scan. CT is done nothing is found on my tailbone, but he found a dermoid cyst on my right ovary, gave a some pain meds, antibiotics, and told me to follow up with my PCP. The next day the pain was unbearable. Made it in to see the PCP. Got some more meds, viewed the cyst was told the pain in the TB could be related to the cyst so go to the OB/GYN ASAP.......Go to see the him well the pain is not caused by the cyst (so im still freaking out about that), the cyst must come out but he isn't sure if he can just remove the cyst or if he has to take my entire ovary 😤😢😢😢😢😢, and because my period is on for the 2nd time in a month, and based in the vaginal ultrasound I had, he thinks I may have PCOS.....I'm scared SHITLESS!!! This is too much 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢All this really sucks, because my husband and I are TTC! Just feeling extremely discouraged!
