TTC when DH has ED

My husband has type one diabetes, and he struggles with erectile dysfunction related to his diabetes. He's 26. We are trying to conceive, and he relies on pills to get and maintain an erection. Has anyone gone through something similar? How has it affected you getting pregnant? I feel alone in this because we're so young and this sort of thing doesn't really happen around our age.
