Bad odor

Idk if this should go in this group but oh well, I have been having such foul odor for like 3 months now, i haven’t had sex since March of 2020, I never thought about getting tested for an std so I never did until last week I thought about it so I got tested at the health center where I go to college and just got my results back and they are negative. I even tested for bv which was negative. I drink tons of water, I only use water down there when washing. what the heck can this be???? Idk what to do because I can’t tell my mom??
