Has anyone’s 10month old said their first word yet?

I mean my baby says “mama” “dada” “baba” but like other actual words no lol

She’s said mama a ton and dada a little bit but I really don’t think she knows what she’s saying. Totally just babble.

My little guy said vacuum yesterday. I know it sounds crazy but he has been able to do 1 syllable words like dog, duck, or bath for a maybe a month or so now as well as mama and dada for quite a while. Obviously they don't sound perfect but he knows what they mean and says them at appropriate times. He is my 2nd kid and I think that makes a difference because he thinks he should be doing everything his big brother does. My first said balloon at a little over a year but could say ball and bird before that.

My baby babbles a lot just things like dada and mama and this week he has been saying book and ball. We bought the the talk on track course by speech sisters on Instagram and have been using it a few weeks just to be proactive, I recommend looking into it if your concerned it’s for babies 0-14 months great course!

Mama, dada, nana and hiiiiiiii (That’s exactly how she says it, lol) also just started shaking her head no today. Her whole body goes back and forth and it’s hilarious

I totally did... but I was a weirdo, I walked at 9.5 months, too. I’d never believe my mom if I didn’t have photos lol

"Don't touch" were her first words at 10 months 🤣 she also said (and still says) Momma and dad, dog, water, more, all done, Nana by 10 months. Every baby develops differently though! Some speak early, some walk early, some like to take their time.
