Period like heaviness
Is anyone else experiencing/experienced period like heaviness in lower abdominal area. It's not cramps but an uneasy/ mildly uncomfortable feeling of fullness/heaviness. I'm not sure how to explain it but it used to happen a few days before I got my periods, with a bit of a lower backache. 9+1 weeks today, FTM. No history of miscarriages.
