VBAC anyone?

I’m wanting to try a VBAC this time. I had to have a c section with my first because I had complete placenta previa. Anyone else doing VBAC?

I will be attempting a VBAC! I labored with my son really well, only about 4-5 hours and got to 10cm only to find out he was breech and had to have an emergency c section. I have switched to a more VBAC friendly doctor and am really hopeful to have a VBAC this go around! Fingers crossed we all get the birth we are hoping for!🤞🏻

I had a csection with my first. I was induced, active pushing for three hours ended up with the csection bc he was stuck on my pelvis . I would love a vbac but am worried I would go through all that again and end up with a csection anyway. Still not sure what I’m going to do.

I plan on doing vbac! I hope I’m able to. I’ll be discussing more with my dr Thursday. We briefly discussed it at my 6 week appt after my son but he’s 2 now.

I live in a smaller town, my hospital won't allow them because we aren't equipped for the worst case scenario.
I suggest researching your hospitals VBAC protocol and make a plan with your Dr.

My doctor wanted me to try vbac with my second and i was all for it..until i was in labor and chickened our last min 😩 i knew what to expect with c section and didn’t know for vbac so i ended up with another c section

First child in was over due, induced, and baby's heart rare kept dropping and was stuck  on my pelvis due to being sunny side up so I ended up in emergency csection and healing from both areas sucked!, second child i opted for a scheduled csection which went great and was much easier managed since I needed childcare for my other child during surgery and recovery was better but lasted longer for some reason, this is my third child and the last and I'm kinda debating vbac since I haven't had that experience yet but I'm worried about ending up in an emergency csection or having childcare issues and I don't like that they let you out of the hospital less than 24 hours later bc of covid which is scary for me BC both my 2 children had health issues and had to have more tests ran while in was still there and I don't want to have to leave my child and one of them the health issue wasn't discover until the second day after birth. I'm still debating vbac but idk.

I want a vbac, I had a horrendous emergency c last time after getting to 9 centimeters. My epidural failed during and I hemorrhaged. It was so frustrating after making so much progress. My doctor said at the time no reason I can’t try for a vbac and my hospital is very vbac friendly.

I’m still thinking it over. Had an emergency c last time since they missed my daughter was Breach. I was told I could do a vbac, but it kinda freaks me out still (I was happy to have a c sec the first time). However I had a horrible recovery after my last c sec and severe PPD. So in really thinking about the vbac in order to prevent another recovery like that.
