C section ingrown hair??

Its been 10weeks since my c section and ever since I was like 3 weeks I had a big pimple in the middle of my incision. I told my dr she said thro zoom looks fine to her and must be just hair there .

Had some pus come out and week later or so a hair came out n it went down alot n I thought it's over. Now at like 7 weeks kind got little bigger and when I touch it I feel like a needle pinch me so I went in. Same they said just a pimple recovering and they dnt see a hair . Well two days ago it looks wayyy dry but I can see something trying to come out . Idk hair or a stitch cuz looks stiff and hard . Hurts alittle . Should I leave it alone ot try to take it out . I'm scared cuz it's not healing nice there . Made a scar😭😭😭 any tioa please
