I’m 9 weeks exactly&am pregnant w my first at 37! There was a strong heart beat& I have never been so excited..and scared..in my life!! We have told close family and friends and I think we will tell the world on Valentine’s Day. Any advice in general? TY!

Congratulations!!!! How exciting. Best advice I’d give to to make sure you stay hydrated!! With my first, I was so nauseous and was throwing up so much that I ended up with some bleeding and a trip to the ER to get some IV hydration! This time around is better :)
