Think I’m starting to miscarry

So I used the bathroom this morning 💩 and I wiped and it was a small amount of discharge that was like pinkish brownish in color I had a miscarriage 2019 before my son and it started the same way ! I’m still getting symptoms super nauseous and throwing up and with my last miscarriage it started at night with the pink spotting then it progressed quickly.. I had the discharge only 2 times one yesterday morning and again this morning and it was after I 💩 sorry TMI . But it’s not in my panties how it was with my first miscarriage .. with my son I never had any spotting or anything I would be 9 weeks 3 days I haven’t had my first ultrasound or appointment it was scheduled for next week . Should I worried ?? Does it sound like I’m bout to miscarry again I won’t be too mad I just had my son 3 months ago and even considered abortion with this baby but decided I wasn’t going to kill my child and I was just gonna see if baby is okay at my appointment, if so I was going to keep the baby but if I miscarry clearly it wasn’t meant to be
