Murder in America

How you notice when white people kill mass of people or attempt to kill  (Plan Parenthood, etc) they are called mentally ill or had a bad upbringing. Blacks are called thugs and gangsters even if they were never in a gang, mexicans and other immigrants are criminals who invade America. Why is it that white america receives a different connotation? Blacks and immigrants may possibly be mentally ill to or have a bad upbringing.
