Pcos and becoming pregnant?

I have a random question, I have never been diagnosed with pcos, but once in awhile my period will be irregular.

My question is I know many women in here have pcos and have became pregnant, when you got pregnant with your last know period being way longer than 2 weeks what would you consider your weeks when you became pregnant?

I feel like I’m not asking this correctly lol I know what I’m talking about but writing it out looks weird.

So for instance my last period was nov 9. I know I just ovulated Jan 8. If i was to become pregnant My date would end up being 2weeks? Instead of 4 if i had my period 2 weeks ago?

My current chart so I dont get lost.
