Baby cold remedies

What is the best cold remedy ?
My one year old is just starting to get a cold.. I had it first and now he's getting it. Luckily it's not covid I was tested twice

Answer

Bring them into a comfortably hot shower with you. Hold them on your chest and let the water hit their back. I did this every night, sometimes morning and night when my little one had a cold to help open up and drain their sinuses. Throughout the day and at night, I would rub some chest ointment (like vicks) on his chest. I would also prop his matters on one end slightly using a towel to try and keep his head elevated while he slept. Not much you can do for medicine. If he would really miserable, sometimes I’d give him a little Tylenol or ibuprofen before bed just in case the cold was a result of teething. Hope your babe feel better soon. It’s awful seeing them not feeling well. ♥️
