Panic attacks/anxiety
I've always been a nervous person but I've always just said that I'm just really awkward but today and a few other times in the past I think I almost had a panic attack? I started shaking, I got quite warm and then my hearing when fuzzy and my heart was beating so fast that my breathing went all weird.. Being I front of a few work colleagues including my manager didn't help so I tried to calm down but it was hard😖
has anyone got any advice on how to make myself calm down when I'm like this?
