TMI - is this yeast infection discharge?

So I’m 22 weeks 4 days and Monday I called the doctor because I had REALLY bad itching down there and she said it’s probably a yeast infection. I didn’t have any odd discharge or smell at the time, just the EXTREME itchiness. So she put me on the vaginal cream - miconazole. Started it Wednesday and today like all this came out this morning when I used the bathroom and wiped!! Is this all the yeast up there that this medicine is cleaning out? I’ve never had this! Just worried it’s not normal or curious if it is! I do have an appointment today with my doctor just curious what you’ve guys experienced!
