Is this bad? Thoughts would be super appreciated

I had a 6 week scan today no heartbeat was seen I know my dates cos I was tracking I was meant to be 6 weeks exactly but the embryo was only measuring 5.2 I think the tech said it was only measuring just under 2mm and google says you won’t see a heat beat until it’s 7mm so I seem to be fairly out? Should I expect the worst ?

You could have just ovulated later than expected and are still early. Give it time and don't give up hope hun. Sending you prayers 🙏🙏🙏

No, you don't have to expect the worst. I went in for a scan at 10 weeks for a doppler check, but measured 8 weeks, and needed an emergency u/s, but the baby was perfectly healthy in the end.

Honestly that doesn't look like a great US machine. This was abdominal or transvaginal?
By 6w the heartbeat is just a blinking pixel, easy to be missed if the machine isn't good enough...
