Miscarriage?

So, I started bleeding really heavy, to the point I was going through pads too. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms at all, I did do a test because I figured even if it was a miscarriage, the test would be positive but no, it was negative.

I can only describe what I passed was like two fetuses within 10 minutes of eachother.

I called my GP who said they couldn't record that I was pregnant as I never actually had a positive test, which I completley understand. But I clearly see two fetuses here, does anyone else?

I feel awful that these babies lives aren't being recognised, surely this should be in my medical record? I do have underactive thyroid, would that impact the pregnancy test result?
