Teen with Severe anxiety + pregnancy scare

I am having a pregnancy scare and I have severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder. All of these countless articles and questions and answers I recieved here on glow and on the internet makes me confident I won’t get pregnant but my mind tells me I should be afraid.

How can I handle this? I feel like I just wanted to explode because of this stress and being a ball of anxiety. How can I manage myself? I am desperate pls pls reassure me i wont get pregnant
