Are we supposed to clean the inside of the flaps ?

Guys i saw a vid and im just wondering have i been doing it all wrong then ? I dont use any type of soap for the inside of the flaps or in the hole which is our vag. I only clean my self with water. Am i supposed to use unscented soap to clean the inside of the flaps ?? Or the outside of the flaps im confused ? Am i also supposed to clean where i pee through with unscented soap? Pls educate me lol
