Pregnancy safe cold remedies

I’m 38 weeks and have a pretty rough cold, lots of congestion and mucus draining into my throat when I sleep, causing a super sore throat when I wake up in the mornings. Super fun when you’re 38 weeks pregnant 🙄 anyone know if mucinex is pregnancy safe? Or does anyone have any other pregnancy safe cold remedies? Where I live is super cold and dry outside so I’ve just been using my humidifier and Tylenol to treat it so far with not much relief. Really hoping I don’t go into labor when I feel so sick!
