Acne treatment post pregnancy

Question

Looking for recommendations on a product that will help treat acne for nursing moms?? I’ve never had issues with acne until my son was born, and it didn’t even get bad until my period returned about 9.5 months pp. I’ve tried sulfur, tea tree oil, salicylic acid and benzoyl. Is there anything else out there that’s nursing friendly or should I up the percentage of ingredients? Thanks!

Hormonal acne is very difficult to get rid of. Your best bet is to use gentle products and wait it out because it will eventually go away on its own. That being said, I have a few products I love. 
This cleanser is almost like a clay mask meant to be used on dry skin, then washed off after a couple of minutes. I usually put it on my dry skin before my shower, then wash it off in the shower once the water gets warm. I also love the AmorePacific treatment enzyme peel cleanser. It’s a powder that you add water to on your hand to make a paste, then rub it on your face to gently exfoliate using enzymes rather than physical exfoliation. I use it a couple of times a week to give my skin a fresh canvas, and it helps your skin to absorb your other products more effectively. My favorite acne product is actually pure frankincense oil used as a spot treatment.
