Constant cramps and uncomfortableness.

I had a misscarried at 5 weeks, 2 months ago, I bled like a normal period then 35 days went by and I bled again (a dark red/brown period) which is kinda uncommon for me but it lasted a normal amount of time. Iv been experiencing nothing but uncomfortable and cramps ever since a week or two before my brown period. What's going on??
