Help!

Hi y’all! I am ttcing another baby. I’ve been breastfeeding for 10 months this is my third month in a row having a period. I’ve had babies back to back and i honestly cannot remember pregnancy symptoms versus pms symptoms.

I keep thinking I might be pregnant. A few days ago I thought I saw a line. I am due for my period In 4 days and tested this afternoon and had negative. I’m so confused. My boobs hurt bad and back hurts and cramps here and there.. mood swings through the roof
