MMC and now ectopic

I’m writing with a small update. I had a missed miscarriage back in June and found out we were pregnant again in December. When I went in for my scan I was told I had miscarried again at 5 weeks. After having my d&c, my doctor called me concerned because no fetal tissue was found. I had to be rushed to the ER after finding my hcg levels sky rocketed. Turns out it’s ectopic and thankfully not tubular. My baby got stuck in the outer layer of my uterus never making it to it’s final destination. I was given a round of methotrexate and have to go back in for another in 4 days.

Does anyone have a similar story? I’m just so overwhelmed and feeling so very hopeless. It feels like my body is betraying me.
