What age did you start sleep training?

My daughters 5 months, 15 lbs. is it safe to start? Can she go all night without food?

Babies can biologically make it through the night without milk at about 6 months. Adults can biologically make it 3 days without water.

And yes she can go all night my daughter has been sleeping through the night without feeds since 3.5 months old a solid 12 hours just have to make sure she gets in her feeds during the day
