Possible ectopic?

So maybe I just freaked myself by what I read online but either way I'd like some input 😭 I am 6w4d and have had shoulder pain for a while now. Like joint pain. It's been especially bad today. I know it's a sign of ruptured ectopic so I called the nurse line and she said she doesn't think it's worth checking out since I have no abdominal pain. I still am freaking out though. Should I pay a visit to the ER regardless of what she said? Or am I being too paranoid 🥺🥺 thanks ladies
