Possible miscarriage

My period was over two weeks late after having unprotected sex. I was almost positive that I was pregnant (I hadn’t tested yet) my period started yesterday without any of the normal warning signs. I took a maximum dose of ibuprofen the night before and two medications for knee because I tore my meniscus yesterday morning I was wondering if anyone knows if that can cause a miscarriage?
