Ovulation and EWCM question ?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in June after having a laparoscopy done to figure out why we couldn't conceive after 4 yrs of trying. I know that in the past my periods were very irregular and that I wasn't ovulating often. Well after having the lap done my periods have been perfect ranging from 26-27 day cycles. I have never gotten EWCM and have always used pressed but I'm wondering if I may not be ovulating at all even though my periods are now regular. I have tried ovulation test. But they aren't very accurate for me and my temps are always all over the place. Have any of you ladies had regular cycles but still did not ovulate or ovulated without the EWCM? I have always tried clomid for 6 months prior to the lap with no luck :(
