cleft lip?

i'm going in for more ultrasounds so i know i'll get answers soon, i'm just a ball of emotions this pregnancy and wondering if anyone has some insight on if this is what it looks like! this is my daughters ultrasound, she was yawning during these pictures so i'm not sure if the pictures just aren't clear enough and that's why i'm getting called back because they're not 100% sure everything's ok! the report said to call me back for "suspected facial abnormalities"
