Feeling engorged not breastfeeding or pregnant

For the past few days my breasts mainly the right one has felt engorged. I haven’t breastfed in almost a year. I’m not pregnant my tubes are tied and I just finished my period.

Also some other random symptoms, nauseous and lower abdominal pain mainly on my right side.

I did have desidual casts 2 months in a row... I don’t have insurance other than family planning Medicaid so it only covers Pap smears. I went in and they wanted me to have ultrasounds and blood work but I didn’t have $500.

Any idea what could be going on? Any suggestions on treating it? Thanks!
