Wet mount results

I’ve had vaginal irritation for over 2 months. I was originally given one dose of fluconazole and then later antibiotics for BV. I noticed I still had off white clumpy discharge so I saw the OB/GYN today. She said it looked a lot like I had a yeast infection, and explained one pill of fluconazole isnt usually enough so she gave me three this time. I was confident it was yeast too because I had a fungal infection around my groin a couple months ago but the wet mount is confusing me. My white blood cell count was higher than normal which means I definitely have an infection but no yeast was seen? My only sex partner ever is my girlfriend so STD chances are pretty low (not impossible, I know, but low). What do you guys think?
