Lost mucus plug

Ugh yesterday with the stress of home schooling my five year old. To the point where husband left work . I lost my mucus plug, with contractions. Dr told me to drink lots of water to see what happens to them if they stay or leave . They stopped . Today I have to go for growth scan since I’m measuring two weeks ahead .
