Do we get rid of the bar/ pool table ?

Question

So my husband is a huge sports fan and when we got our house wanted an area for him and his friends to hang out. Since Christmas the back of our living room has been turned into a play area. We have our June baby and a newborn and thinks once she gets toys it will be to much. He wants to get rid of the pool table and bar( which he took everything out of and locked up all the alcohol prior to our June baby walking) but I want him to keep for himself. We already have toy areas all over the house and want him to keep this space for him.

Do you think it’s crazy for me to fight to keep this for him when hes willing to part with it? I know he does really want it but thinks parting will be better for the kids so they have more room. Which they don’t need here are the two other play areas which they can move toys to. They have a huge play room and on the other side of the living room there other play area.

Very honestly I get the idea, we built this house and specifically built my husband a game room, with that being said it’s an entire room and has a closed door. In your circumstance I think it’s time to get rid of the pool table in the bar. With two babies and all those toys and stuff everywhere he’s honestly not gonna have friends come over and play pool anyway in your living area. I would sell it, unless you can move him into a separate room or perhaps a basement or garage￼

So many play areas! 😱 I would totally suggest putting his space in a less open area, I think it's important for him to still have an area that hasn't been consumed by toys!

Personally I would take all of the toys out of the living room, maybe leave that little gated area by the front door, and move everything else to the play room. Store some and get rid of some so they don't take up so much space and leave the living room as a spot for him/adults. I'm not sure how often you're able to be in the playroom though, I know we spend all day in the living room so thats where 95% of kids toys are but our house is smaller so we dont have a specific play room

I would but I hate things and want a tiny house with no toys or clutter.
And in that tiny house only I can live in my perfectly organized minimalistic boho chic environment. 
Since it seems very open, I think it’ll get overwhelming with all the things kids accumulate.

Can you downsize some of the toys? Put them on a rotation? We keep toys in the toy room. We get rid of things that aren’t played with as often. We keep Westley’s baby toys for the new babies, but they’re kept in storage until they’re ready to be played with. Having this many toys around the house would give me anxiety personally. 😅 
I personally wouldn’t choose to get rid of the pool table/bar. Maybe store the pool table? The kids will eventually get older.

My husband has completely changed his idea of his own fun sapce since having our daughter. His "office" (really its was a gym) slowly turned into OUR weapons room. We both store and clean our firearms in there and we both have a side in the closet for our extra winter coats and stuff. 
He had put a lot of thought into his "office" (gym) when we first moved in. But as Ava has gotten older his priorities have changed i guess? 
We make jokes all the time that it will eventually just end up being another place for all of Ava's toys too. They seem to be taking over the whole house

I’m not sure. Personally i would never want  that area in my living room to begin with. Maybe if it was in a basement or man cave it would be different. For toys. I would just keep them in one playroom and then maybe a Tibet corner in the living room. That’s what we do. Amelia has a playroom and then I have a corner upstairs for he. We try to keep toys always organized and etc makes it easier! I also don’t like huge toys because they take up space. So her biggest toy is her wood kitchen besides outdoor toys which are in the garage!
