Pain & pressure in vagina

Anyone else experiencing this? 29+3 and baby is head down and super low, has been for most of my pregnancy. So I’m used to some pressure here and there but today it has been all day, I feel like she’s just gonna fall out lol. The pain isn’t constant but when it comes on it’s almost like I’m having a cramp but in my cervix 😳 I’ve had Braxton Hicks and lightening crotch and it’s definitely not like either of those. I hate bothering my doctor if it’s nothing I should be worried about 😅
