Public or private healthcare

I live in uk so we get nhs which isn’t exactly free cause they take it from lots of tax but you get what I mean. I hsve so many health issues and I feel like they don’t take it seriously and I am always unwell. It’s free but it isn’t good at all...

is it worth switching to private healthcare, could they be better and have better resources? It is very expensive though but I am trying to get help for this vaginal issue that nhs doctors don’t seem to understand.
