Pvc's, shortness of breath, heart palpatIons

Hello, I am almost 10 weeks now and I'm having really bad heart palpitations. I started taking a prenatal that my MD wanted me to take thought maybe that was it. I have not had it in my system in over 24hours. And it is still happening. Experiencing shortness of breath and chest tightness. Not sure if I should go to the ER or not?!?!
