Dull cramps, spotting but no PMS symtoms at 9dpo

I’m having the weirdest symptoms at 8-9 dpo: insomnia, dull cramp and had some brown spotting today. The cramp comes and goes and it is much milder than af cramps. I usually have pretty strong PMS a week before my period: sore breasts, bloating, irritable, etc. But right now I feel nothing, as great as I do mid-cycle, except for the dull ache and some insomnia (vivid dreams, probably stress). I never have cramps until mid-period. What is going on???
