Lower left abdomen twitching

Ok so I know I’m not pregnant, first of all. I know that for a fact bc I just ended my period 4 days ago. But since I last had sex with my boyfriend (the day my period ended so also 4 days ago) my lower left side has been twitching a bunch. No pain at all, just feels like someone is poking my intestine. Kinda odd. Again, not painful just weird. So I’m not too worried abt it but if anyone could give some advice or has had this too. I googled it and it gave me like muscle spasms, etc.
