Help, can't eat...

I haven't been able to really eat anything lately. I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I look at things and I can't put them to my mouth even if I am hungry :( and now my boyfriend and I just got into an argument now I'm screaming and crying about nothing for whatever reason. I'm hungry and I want to eat but nothing sounds or looks good. My boyfriend is a dick too he left me after seeing that I'm a mess and crying and I just wish he knew how to deal with my emotions even though I can't lol..
